RAMEN
Ingredients
6 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
1500g noddles
1500ml chicken stock
Hand full chopped mushrooms
Hand full broccoli
Salt and pepper too taste
1 chopped red chilli pepper
1 thumb size pice ginger chopped
3 soft boiled eggs
3 chopped garlic cloves
3 chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon gram masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
100ml light dark soy sauce
100ml Mirin
2 tablespoons peanut oil
Method
Place the chicken in a bowl
Add the soy sauce Marin peanut oil cumin and the gram masala mix together well leave to marinate overnight best
Then cooked on a grill try and get a nice char on it when cooking
In a pan add the chicken stock bring too a boil then add the chilli ginger and chopped garlic
Simmer for 20 minutes then remove the garlic chilli and ginger dispose of them not needed anymore
Now add the noddles mushroom broccoli cook for 5 minutes and serve add the chicken soft egg garnish with chopped spring onions mint and coriander
