Here is my Bombay potatoes and mushrooms recipe

Ingredients
Bombay potatoes and mushrooms
4 large Potatoes chopped
Handful of chopped mushrooms
1.5 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp TCCHC Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
2 Tsp Mild Madras Curry Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
3 dry bay leaves
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
3 crushed garlic cloves
4 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2 chopped red chilli pepper
method
chop the potato's and part boil till soft
add oil to a hot pan then add
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
0.5 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
0.5 Fennel Seeds
1.5 Tsp Cumin Seeds then when the seeds start popping
add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 10 mins add the potato's and precooked mushrooms and the chopped red chilli peppers toss the potatos mushrooms in the sauces and cook for anther 15 mins Garnish with
