Chilli coriander spicy fries
Ingredients
For two people
I make my own potato fries
With a potato chipper
Two potatoes chipped
1/2 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 chopped green chilli peppers
Fresh chopped coriander
Method
Add the chipped potatoes to boiling water for 5 minutes remove and pat dry
Add all the dry ingredients together and mix
Place the chipped potatoes on a oven tray mist them with fry light oil then dust with the dry mix
And bake at 180 for 5 minutes remove from the oven give the fries a good shuffle and mist again with fry light oil and dust again with the dry mix cook for another 5 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander and chopped green chilli peppers
This will also work with frozen oven fries same process but you will not need too use fry light oil as the frozen shop brought fries already have oil enjoy this is a popular recipe in our home
