Fried Lamb Chops
1 kg lamb chops(washed and cleaned).
In a pan add the lamb and half glass of water,do not add too much water,just add enough so it dries out and chops are tender for frying process.
Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 star anise,2 cinnamon sticks,1 black cardamom,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp salt and one onion finely sliced,mix it well cover and cook it for 35 mins on medium high flame until the water is dried up and chops are tender and not over cooked so it remains intact with the bone.
Leave it for 15 min to cool down,room temperature.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup yogurt,1 tsp white pepper powder,1 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1tsp salt.
Mix it all together and apply on chops,cover and leave to marinate 2 hrs.
In a bowl add1 tbs corn starch,1/4 cup milk and 3 pinch of salt and give it a good mix,beat 2 eggs and mix it with corn starch mixture.
Dip all the chops in the egg mixture ensuring all the chops are covered.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium low heat,place the chops in the oil do not over crowd it,let one side fry when it’s golden brown turn it over and fry the other side(each side takes 2 mins to cook).
