Garlic butter and onion bread
Ingredients
500 g plain flour
300 ml warm water
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Tablespoon butter
Method
Add flour to a bowl add salt mix
Then add the rest of the ingredients mix to a doe dust work top with flour need the doe for 10 minutes then place in a bowl cover with tea towel and leave to rinse about 30 minutes then make 5 doe balls dust with flour and roll out about 10 inches in size i then spread the top with butter of choice and simply top with fresh crushed garlic and Finley chopped red onion i cook in pizza oven for 40 seconds or in a preheated oven for 6 minutes
