Ingredients
1tsp turmeric
1tsp salt
3or4 karela
1 red onion sliced thinly
1tsp crushed black pepper
half a tomato chopped
1 or 2 chopped green chillies
1tbsp lime juice
Method
Wash karela and slice into thin circles I remove seeds,put in bowl with salt and turmeric and mix together so karela is coated then fry karela turning over so both sides colour it goes little crispy put in bowl ,then add sliced onion tomato, black pepper and lime juice mix it all together .
