Kofta & shiitake mushrooms omelette
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 teaspoon butter
Pinch garlic and ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon TCCHC Basaar powder
1/4 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder
Pinch gram masala powder
Pinch turmeric powder
4 finely chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green chilli pepper
Handful of grated cheese
4 chopped kofta meat balls these I make in bulk and freeze
Method
Add the eggs and dry spices too a jug and mix well
Then heat a pan add teaspoon of oil
Pouring the egg mix sprinkle with a little cheese then add the topping tomato mushroom kofta chilli pepper sprinkle more cheese leave to cook for a couple of minutes then put the pan under a grill for couple minutes and serve nice and simple last minute meal
