Curry lamb
Ingredients
2kg meat on the bone lamb/mutton/goat
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 Teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
2 chopped onions
4 chopped spring onions
2 chopped tomatoes
4 chopped potatoes
Salt and pepper too taste
One teaspoon gram masala powder
Half teaspoon chilli powder
Two chilli
3 curry leaves
2 tablespoons tomato catchup
Method
In a large bowl add the meat tomatoes spring onions salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons of curry powder and the chilli powder and the ketchup mix together well by hand is better cover the leave in a fridge for 2 hours
Heat a little oil in a pressure cooker then and the onions cook till soft then add the garlic and ginger paste cook for a couple minutes then add curry powder grama masala powder cook for a couple minutes then add the chilli whole then add the meat cook till brown then add one tin of chopped tomatoes and two cups of water bring to the boil then turn the heat on low to simmer put lid on the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes turn heat of an leave the pressure cooker to cool down the I leave in a fridge over night with the lid off this brings all the oil to the top remove the oil heat the curry up add the potatoes cook for 20 minutes and serve this is an amazing curry and you will cook again.
