Simple curry goat
This is a lovely tasty curry can use lamb / mutton/ goat meat
Ingredients
1kg chopped goat on the bone
4 chopped potatoes
1 chopped onion
Two chopped tomatoes
2 chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons curry powder of choice
2 tablespoons tomato catchup
1 chopped scotch bonnet with or without seeds with seeds hot
Fresh thyme
Method
In bowl add the goat meat onions salt tomato catchup chopped tomatoes and spring onions curry powder and thyme mix together well and leave to marinate overnight
In a pan heat 3 tablespoons vegetables oil add the meat cook till brown in the marinate bowl add two cups of water top pick up any marinate pour into the pan with the meat add the scotch bonnet bring to a boil and simmer for 90 minutes stirring in between then add the potatoes cook for 30 minutes and serve
