Spicy pulled pork
Shoulder of pork marinated in a dry rub
Teaspoon chilli flakes
Teaspoon smoked paprika
Teaspoon mustard powder
Half teaspoon ginger powder
Teaspoon onion powder
Teaspoon garlic powder
Teaspoon cumin powder
Teaspoon of TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder
Pinch salt and pepper
Method
Mix the above ingredients together well rub the dry mix into the pork add to a baking dish a drizzle of fresh half cup of lemon juice add chopped chilli peppers and chopped spring onions marinated over night then cook at 120 for 10 hours served with rice
